- Course objectives
- Students will get familiar with specific needs of young language learners. By the end of the course, students will be able to design suitable classroom activities for young learners. Students will be able to receive and give feedback and to reflect on their own teaching.
- Learning outcomes
- Students are able to conduct lessons in English and use classroom English in different stages of the lesson; simplify classroom instructions and demonstrate tasks with respect to their pupils' age and language development; reflect on their teaching, examine their experience and use it for evaluation and action; give and get constructive feedback and act on the given feedback; plan suitable activities for their pupils and instruct them in the target language.

- Classroom language in different situations and stages of the lesson. Lesson planning using coursebooks for young learners. Lesson planning with supplementary materials and realia. constructive and supportive feedback. Microteaching. Teaching portfolio. Creating materials and their evaluation.
