Course objectives
Basic economic terms (economy, microeconomy, macroeconomy); pozitive and normative economy. Economic thinking and economic schools. Macroeconomic goals and tools (GNP, CNP, potential product). Tax system, social security in CR and EU.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • Ekonomie. Ekonomické systémy. Výrobní faktory. Dějiny ekonomického myšlení: počátky, antické Řecko, merkantilismus, klasická a neoklasická ekonomie. Makroekonomie: cíle a nástroje, agregátní nabídka a poptávka; spotřeba úspory investice, mezinárodní obchod, měnové systémy, bankovní systém.
