Course objectives
• Allow students to real self-experience with selected topics of (see topics of the seminar) personal and professional development through experiential learning with an emphasis on reflection. • Lead students to gradually take greater responsibility for their own learning (self-directed learning) Student after the seminar will: • better understand their own process of self-reflection in relation to selected areas (see topics of the seminar) • take a close look at several selected topics of (see topics of the seminar) personal development (eg. How best to teach others.) and professional development ( eg. What is his/her own subjective approach to teaching etc.).

  • 1. Introduction (preset of the seminar, confidence in the group and class, group cohesion) 2. Motivation to learning and teaching 3. When I am learning as best I can 4. When I am teaching as best I can 5. Images of the life course (student, teacher) 6. Reflection / self –reflection. Modelling of how I reflect.

Teaching methods
Process of facilitating an experiential learning in a group with an emphasis on reflection using selected methods those take into account the whole person of the learner (cognitive, affective and conative aspects, both explicit and tacit knowledge dimension). This is eg. the method of systemic modeling, coaching, etc.
