- Course objectives
- The course is designed as a final course encouraging students to write their thesis meeting all the requirements placed on it. Completion of this course will ensure that the student submits diploma thesis agreed by supervisor. The student should be ready for a successful defense of diploma thesis and aware of the requirements stated by a commission on defense.
- Learning outcomes
- Controls the basics of heuristic work It is orientated in historical literature He is able to create expert text on a given topic
- Syllabus
- The student shall keep touch with the teacher (trainer, tutor) and discuss with him the thema of the diploma thesis. It is presupposed that after finishing the course:
- student has submited diploma thesis.

- Teaching methods
- Individual consultations during the work on thesis.
- Assessment methods
- The conditions for granting credit are: 1) regular consultations 2) submission of the final text of the thesis to the supervisor for review. The student submits to the thesis supervisor in person (or by e-mail) and to the submission office of the course for checking the final text of his/her thesis that meets the content, formal, linguistic and stylistic requirements, including notes, list of sources and literature (except for appendices that can be added later); by the deadline no later (!) than 25 November (in case of winter term of thesis defence), 30 March (in case of summer term of thesis defence).
