- Course objectives
- This part of the internship (24 hours) will be spent by the student in a practical internship in direct and indirect work in an organization or social enterprise in the role of an assistant coordinator, social or mediation worker, etc. The students actively participate in the running of the service/organisation/institution. Ideally, they work in the organisation as part of its closer management. In this part of the internship, learners deepen the necessary skills such as the ability to work in a team, to lead pedagogical and social activities with the declared target groups (clients). At the end of this part of the internship students will prepare a presentation of their work in the organisation according to specific criteria.

- Learning outcomes: - Participate in the implementation/coordination of social service/enterprise activities, or implement their own idea for a specific activity in cooperation with a practice organisation - Lead teams of people - Prepare a plan of activities - Participate in the creation of projects and their implementation - Present the results of the practical implementation of the internship
- Syllabus
- Learners can seamlessly build on this part of their practice with previous "shadowing". However, they will also need a new certificate for this experience. They will then agree with the guarantor of the internship how the internship will take place (continuously, continuously). Where can I do my internship? An organisation that is defined as a social enterprise or is seriously considering setting up a social enterprise; an organisation operating in the social sphere. Learners can choose from the following types of establishments/institutions/services: 1. Homes for the elderly 2. Social activation services 3. institutions for foster family care 4. Social enterprise for different target groups 5. School or educational institution where a social educator is working What to do in the internship? To implement existing activities of the organization, to participate in the management of these activities or to lead the organization. To implement and coordinate own ideas and innovations.

- The student* prepares a plan of activities, participates in the management of specific projects, or in the management of project implementation teams. The student prepares a comprehensive presentation of his/her work in the organization, which is then presented to colleagues, an essential part of the presentation is self-reflection of their own strengths and weaknesses.
