Course objectives
Psychiatry SP4BK_PSCH and SPZKC_PSCH, SP4RC_PSCH, SP1BP_PSCH, SP2BP_PSCH, SP3BP_PSCH
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basic disease states in the field of psychiatry, their terminology, causes, development, symptoms, classification, treatment and prevention. Detailed thematic definition is given below.
Mental health and mental disorder, symptoms and causes of mental disorders, classification of mental disorders of childhood psychosis, psychogenic disorders and neuroses, depression in children, psychosomatic disorders, behavior disorders, mild brain dysfunction and hyperactive syndrome, learning disabilities, mental disorder levels development of personality disorders and psychopathy, psychological consequences of deprivation and abuse of the child to develop his personality, disocialita and delinquency, alcohol and drugs and suicidal behavior.
Upon successful completion of this course student will be familiar with basic terminology in psychiatry, examination methods, selected disorders and medical conditions. Will provide an overview of the etiology, patophysiology, symptoms, classification, therapy and prevention.

Teaching methods
Lecture with lots of difficult interpretation of the substance, theoretical preparation of the recommended print and electronic information sources. Feedback - the audience response during a lecture or in consultation hours.
Assessment methods
Examination in the student performs writing in the form of a test containing 26 questions. Lines to test the public, respect the content of textbook chapters binding (the script). The successful completion of the test requires students to achieve at least 15 points, with each correct answer to the question is rated 1 point. The student has to fill the test available to a maximum of 60 minutes of time. In case of disagreement, the student or other barriers which prevent it from writing to meet the (test), you can try to also orally. Teachers entering students 3 questions, based on the syllabus of the course, give him a written preparation.
