- Course objectives
- At the end of this course the student will be able to: understand and explain the issue of political processes in the founding period of communist Czechoslovakia, thus the cause, course and outcome.
- Syllabus

- Historical Introduction.
- Political processes in other so-called people's democracies and the Soviet Union.
- Laws and legal measures against the internal and external enemy in Czechoslovakia.
- The role and responsibility of political, security and other government bodies.
- Political processes and contemporary public opinion.
