Course objectives

At the and of the course student can well acquint in public administration of Czech republic. Student can understand, what is it the state, law, self - government, public administration. Student will know Constitution of Czech republic.They can work with information about position the aducation in the public administration area and they can use those informations in practice.

Syllabus

• 1. Historie státu a parlamentarismu v ČR. 2. Stát, Ústava ČR. 3. Zákon o obcích. 4. Veřejná správa. 5. Státní správa. 6. Samospráva. 7. Územní členění. 8. Kraje - orgány, pravomoci, hospodaření. 9. Statutární města, obce. 10.Postavení školství v systému veřejné správy. 11.Zřizovatel školy. 12.Systém financování ve školství.
