Course objectives
The aim of the course is to improve language skills and communicative skills of the students (reading, listening, speaking and writing) develop dialogue and monologue speech.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course the student will be able to discuss topics within the subject areas; use the new lexicon correctly; they will be improved in written and spoken language.

Teaching methods
Compulsory attendance.Student must actively participate in the class, prepare regulary home assignments. Reading and listening Russian texts.
Assessment methods
Colloquium - oral and written parts (Russian language). The discussion will be based on the topics from the course, the reading (Russian book - 100 - 130 p.) and listening (audio, video, DVD).The student will also provide a vocabulary, which will contain at least fifty new words.
