- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to improve language skills and communicative skills of the students (reading, listening, speaking and writing) develop dialogue and monologue speech.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of this course the student will be able to discuss topics within the subject areas; use the new lexicon correctly; they will be improved in written and spoken language.

- Teaching methods
- Compulsory attendance.Student must actively participate in the class, prepare regulary home assignments. Reading and listening Russian texts.
- Assessment methods
- Colloquium - oral and written parts (Russian language). The discussion will be based on the topics from the course, the reading (Russian book - 100 - 130 p.) and listening (audio, video, DVD).The student will also provide a vocabulary, which will contain at least fifty new words.
