Course objectives
The course follows the Russian for Beginners 1 and 2, the aim is to reinforce and expand reading and writing skills in Russian language, and practicing vocabulary and spelling exercises, improve pronunciation and intonation.   Work with visual and audiovisual materials.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course the student will be able to discuss topics within the topics discussed; use the new lexicum correctly; they will improve in written and oral expression.

Teaching methods
Teaching - two-hour seminar. Students work up homework and within an individual work they elaborate lexical excercises and essays during the study. Students work individually/in groups, they continuously read Russian texts. Materials for students will be located on information system from of semester.
Assessment methods
Successful completion of the credit test at 75% (10th - 13th lessons Contemporary Russian textbook). The test is written in the exam period, the pre-term is possible only in the so-called "credit week". Earlier termination is possible for students who go to the final examination (however, they must inform the teacher right at the beginning of the semester). Attendance is not mandatory.
