- Course objectives
- The reading of The Poverty of Historicism by Popper; its analyse.
- Syllabus
- The lecture is to be given to the reading and analysis of Popper's texts, mainly the Poverty of Historicism with some fragments of The Open Society and Its Enemies and The Logic of Scientific Discovery. The analyse should discuss mainly the metodological, and historical, and philosophical conjunctions of these Popper's works. The papers about all Popper's works available in the Czech will be also a part of the lecture.
