- Course objectives
- The objective of the seminar is to discuss morphology and syntax systematically, but with emphasis on practical use of English word and sentence structure, especially as compared to corresponding structures in Czech. The material used in the seminar will be L. G. Alexander's Longman English Grammar (1988) and hand-outs provided in classes.
