- Course objectives
- The principal goal of the course is an introduction to traditional folk architecture and rural settlement; the evolution of settlement and house is followed from the historical point of view from rudimental forms (underground houses) to forms influenced by style architecture; based on the acquired knowledge the students will be orientated in the contemporary monument conservation and open-air museums where they can provide expert services; the students will be able to perform scientific work in one of the basic areas of ethnographic research.
