- Course objectives
- The aim of this course is to present recent anthropologiocal theoreis pertaining to visual arts, with an emphasis on the problem of human body as a representational medium. The course will also focus on the relationship between visual art and ritual. Case studies will focus on various aspects of creation and use of visual objects in ritual context.
