- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to present a comprehensive and deepened overview of Ukrainian history since the mid 19th century to gaining Ukrainian independence in 1991.
- Learning outcomes
- The student will gain knowledge on Ukrainian history from the mid 19th century till the year 1991.

- Historical-social situation od 2nd half of 19th century and first years of 20th century untill WW1. Relolution year 1905.
- Ukraine in interwar period
- Ukraine inn the WW2
- Ukraine after ww2 untill the independence
- Crimean Tatars and Karaims.
