Course objectives
The aim of this course is that the students learn the basics of simultaneous interpretation both from Dutch to Czech as from Czech to Dutch. The objective is that the students learn such abilities as concentration on a precise reproduction of a text, logical division of the text and a good short time memory. The texts will come from the spehere of culture, technology, politics and they will be authentic. The students will be taught to cope with various situations that can occur during interpreting. After completing this course, the student will be able to interpret simultaneously for a short time in daily as well as in specific situations.
