Course objectives (in Czech)
Profesní poradenství Disciplína je typem speciálně odborného výukového kurzu. Jejím úkolem je uvést posluchače do problematiky profesního vývoje mladistvých a dospělých a jejich poradenské podpory ze strany pedagogicko-psychologických poradenských činitelů a institucí. Základem příslušné teorie jsou pojmy: pofese, profesní vývoj člověka, volba povolání, trh práce, profesní poradenství, profesní poradenská diagnostika, informatika, profesně problémový klient, modelování profesního vývoje, metody a formy poradenského přístupu ke klientovi. Podstatnou obsahovou částí výuky je metodika a praxe v ovládání vybraných poradenských diagnostických a informatických prostředků a postupů, jakož i programů formativní podpory uspokojivého profesního vývoje klientů.
Assessment methods (in Czech)
1 hodina přednáška + 1 hodina seminář. Předmět je ukončen ústní zkouškou podle zadaných obsahových námětů.
