- Course objectives
- The purpose of this practice is to show the influence of ancient languages - Greek and Latin - upon various levels of language, above all in vocabulary, but also in morphology and syntaxis. Particular attention will be paid to the reflection in linguistic terminology.
- Syllabus
- 1. Different place of latinisms and grecisms in the vocabulary of Russian and Czech. 2. The influence of Latin and Greek upon the morphologic and syntactic systeme of Russian and Czech. 3. The reflection of Latin and Greek in linguistsic terminology.

- Cvičení bude zaměřeno na praktické ukázky různého druhu grecismů a latinismů v obou jazycích(ruštině a češtině), na jejich etypologický výklad a na praktické procvičování lingvistické terminologie.
