Course objectives
In the course the students will familiarize themselves with the basic terms and grammatical bases of Classical Greek and Latin that are important not only for further study of (especially) Ancient and Medieval philosophy, but as well for the systematic philosophy.

After the completion of the course, students should be able to:
handle Greek philosophical terms written in the Greek alphabet; understand the basic Greek philosophical terms; explain their meaning.

Assessment methods
The form of the course is seminar. Therefore, the participation in courses is obligatory. The conditions of completion of the course are: homeworks in the ELF and final written test.
