- Course objectives
- Students will be able to characterise main trends in european directing after 1945, describe and distinguish features of modern and post-modern directing in relation to dramatic text, acting,stage desing etc.
Studens wil be able to analyse directing method of chosen directing personality and kontextualise them. - Syllabus
- - general features, trends and term: modern and post-modern directing, post-dramatic theatre, total theatre, second theatre reform etc.
- - chosen artists in context: A.Mnouchnine, R.Wilson, F.Castorf, S.Walz, K.Lupa.
