- Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to show ground geological phenomena.

- Upon completion of this course, students will be able to recognize: - basic rock components and structures - basic rock-forming minerals (quartz, feldspar, muscovite, biotite, hornblend, calcite) - bedding, foliation, ineation - unconformity - folds, faults, joints
