Course objectives
Student is supposed to be able to prepare, design, perform and evaluate engineering geological survey. It should focus on the basic methods of research and the specifics of its use. They will familiarize themselves with the methods of geotechnical monitoring, its specifics and examples of use. He will be able to work in a GEO5 geotechnical software environment. It is able to process its results in the form of final reports.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to:
- to independently process the design and engineering geological survey project;
- to independently carry out and organize the individual phases of engineering geological survey and its subsequent evaluation;
- to orientate in the use and evaluation of geotechnical monitoring;
- to prepare final reports in applied geology;
- work in GEO5 geotechnical software;
