- Course objectives
- Field trip objectives are to illustrate methods of economic geography and to demonstrate the basic phenomena from economic geography, mainly from agricultural geography, geography of industry, and geography of transport. The mission of field trip is to gain practical skills by field work.
- Learning outcomes
- Student completing the course will be able to:
- apply theoretical knowledge of economic geography in practice,
- using quantitative and qualitative methods of field research;
- orientate in the field and capture the spatial aspects of it. - Syllabus
- The field trip is organized in selected localities in the surroundings of University town, the first and second day mainly special objects and selected phenomena from EG are demonstrated. The week is ended by own works of students on studied subjects.

- The basic teaching method is education in the field, during this trip students study the basic methods of field exercises from Human geography.
