Course objectives
Main conceptions of toxicity, interaction of poisons with living organism on cellular and on molecular level; receptor theory; biotransformation and elimination of toxic compounds. Experimental, genetic and special toxicology. Toxicology of chemotherapeutics and contemporary militarily important compounds.
