- Course objectives
- Bacterial cell as form existence of living matter. Organization in bacterial cell. Function structures of bacterial cell. Growth of individual cell. Bacterial populations. Growth of bacterial population in static culture. Continuous culture of bacteria. Bacterial metabolism. Energetic metabolism of chemoorganotrophs. Energetic metabolism of chemolithotrophs. Energetic metabolism of photosyntetic bacteria. Biosynthesis of small molecules. Biosynthesis of macromolecules. Regulation mechanisms in bacterial cell. Regulation of some metabolic pathways. Enzymes as represors.

- Characteristics of bacterial cells. Organisation and functions of bacterial structures. Growth and multiplication of bacteria in static and continuous conditions.Nutrition of bacteria. Energetic metabolism of bacteria. Biosynthesis of small molecules and macromolecules.Regulation of bacterial metabolism.
