Course objectives

Practical exercise is focused on basic operational skills with standard light microscope, students are further trained in cytology and histology through individual practical exercises on persistent and native sections.

Syllabus

• 1. Basis of microscope techniques, principles and technical overview of microscope 2. modified metodology in light microscopy, elektron and confocal microscope techniques 3. Cytology: single cell organisms and morphology of animal cells 4. Epitels 5. Connecting and binding tissue 6. Trophic tissue blood and body fluid 7. Muscle tissue 8. Organ systems
