The standard extent of bachelor's thesis is 35 pages. The bachelor thesis is focused on solving more practical diploma tasks, typically on commented contract templates, sample submissions with analysis of controversial issues, analysis of specific cases or creation of tutorials for practice without the need for a comprehensive solution. The outcome of the theses are often specific recommendations on the wording of the contract text, taking into account advantages and disadvantages from the point of view of the parties, more sophisticated practical instructions (e.g. the issue of a specific security in steps) or analysis of specific cases of high relevance for further practice.

  • Access to Further Studies
