Course objectives
The aim of the course is to practice and consolidate knowledge in Czech sign language. After completing the course, the student will be able to communicate in Czech sign language at a conversational level.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to communicate in Czech sign language at a general conversational level.
Syllabus
  • The course does not have a stable syllabus - conversation topics are adapted to the needs and interests of students. Each lesson will begin with a 5-minute presentation of the student on a topic by appointment, followed by a conversation/discussion. At the end of each lesson, there will be a brief repetition of newly learned signs in Czech sign language.

Assessment methods
The course does not end with an exam or a test. To obtain the credit it is necessary to: - meet at least 75% of attendance - any absences must be excused and resolved individually with the teacher, - actively participate in ongoing discussions and work, - perform tasks according to the assignment of the teacher.
