Course objectives
In our intensive weekend course, you will learn how to communicate effectively verbally and non-verbally; how to improve your self-confidence, empathy and listening skills; how to receive and give feedback constructively; and how to become a responsive communicator who is able to convey his or her thoughts well and can avoid conflicts or misunderstandings in personal and professional life. You will practice all this in selected communication situations in practice and in English. Course objectives:
