Course objectives
- improvement of locomotive abilities and fitness level - influence towards a positive approach to sport activities understood as protection against conflicts, civilisation diseases and stress - support of a healthy lifestyle among students - the course focuses on theoretical knowledge and practical acquisition of basic and advanced abilities in hadnbike cycling.
Syllabus
  • Basic terms of and communication during handbike cycling. Detailed acquaintance with a handcycle, technical check, basic inform about bike maintenance and basic servicing. Handbcycle riding technique. Group biking. Teoretic basics of hygiene and first aid. Theoretical knowledge about legislation.
