- This MU Language Centre course is designed for Ph.D. candidates with the essentials of academic writing skills that can be effectively adopted in writing projects and grant proposals.

- Cíle předmětu
- The goal of this MU Language Centre course is to familiarize Ph.D. candidates with the essentials of academic writing skills that can be effectively adopted in writing projects and grant proposals. It presents an overview of the fundamental concepts of grant application and project writing and offers practice-oriented insight into ways to improve both the academic language and project-specific skills of the participants. The course is completely online and self-paced, students can review specific seminars or move forward in case of already familiar topics, adjusting the course to their specific needs.

- Výukové metody
- This course is self-paced and you can complete all seminars (and all exercises). In case of if you need consultation, please get in touch with the supervisor and the teacher: Barbara Staffolani. The overall sequence of all seminars is explanation, exercises, further reading, self-evaluation and references. In the exercise section, you will find essential exercises and tips for further reading and studying. Please also note that it is unnecessary to complete this course within one semester, in which you are enrolled. This course can be started and stopped at any moment in time.
