- Course objectives
- The main objective of the course is to understand the interaction of transnational corporations in the international environment.
At the end of the course, students should be able to:
- understand the international environment in which multinational organizations operate;
- gather the necessary information on factors affecting the behaviour of multinational companies operating in a specific region;
- explain impacts of operations of multinational organizations, their local/global influence;
- assess factors involved in the management of multinational organizations;
- assess the function of business processes in international management and to draw up arguments to use. - Syllabus

- Collective forms of business, international environment and its requirements
- Instruments used in international management – cooperation, joint venture, acquisitions
- Multinational companies, their fundamental principles, characteristics, classification
