- Course objectives
- Municipal and Community Budgets (ROMO) This seminar course, the objective of which is to prepare students for budget analysis not only from the financial viewpoint, but also from the point of view of its material context. The principal task will be to draft a budget or its part, submit it for approval, and justify it in front of the colleagues. Credit requirements: seminar paper.
