- Course objectives
- This subject is based on the analysis of the functions of the state (public administration) a presents the social function of public administration in the light of different concept of the welfare state ranging from the libertarian concept to the equality of chances concept. The subject matter also touches the topic areas of social policy as a part of public policy.
