- Course objectives
- Business Law II (PPOPII) This is a compulsory course in the specialisation Business Management. The course aims to broaden, deepen and put in concrete terms the students knowledge and skills, particularly in the area of civil-law and business-law contractual relationships which they were introduced to generally in the course Business Law I. Students will be acquainted with the specific aspects of the individual types of contractual obligations so that they are able to consider appropriateness of their application for solving different situations arising in business management. Increased attention will also be given to the issues of fulfilling obligations and legal consequences of non-fulfilment or delay, and the subsequent problem area of securing obligations, including a detailed analysis of the relevant security instruments. Examination: written and oral.
