Political situation of a number of political parties affects the mechanisms of political decision-making even on this level. Public administration then subsumes the issues of self-government and state administration in the region. It designs its own procedures, exploits specific tools and communicates with the general public. Credit requirements: active participation in seminars and submitting a case study. Examination: oral.
