Předmět Finanční účetnictví I navazuje na znalosti, které studenti získali dosavadním studiem v základních kurzech fakulty. 6ádné zvláštní předpoklady se nepožadují.

Course objectives
Financial Accounting I (PFFUI) Financial accounting represents a basic information source in the new conditions of our economy. Its role is irreplaceable. The new concept of accounting is focused on getting a true picture of assets and liabilities, costs and revenue and economic result, which is the chief subject matter of the course. The explanations will be as timeless as possible and the topics will be categorised according to the characteristics of account classes with indication of basic accounting operations. Basic topic areas are as follows: Objective and structure of the company accounting system and its relation to other company information systems. Accounting systems. Basic accounting principles. Statements showing the financial position of a company and its activity in the form of a balance sheet (property and sources of funding), profit and loss account (revenues, costs, economic result). Forms and techniques of accounting, methods of bookkeeping, means of auditing in accounting. Fundamental assets accounting procedures. Credit requirements: active participation in seminars, progress test. Examination: written test, oral examination.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • 1) Podstata a funkce účetnictví, charakteristické rysy, právní úprava účetnictví, obecné účetní zásady. Postavení bilance v účetnictví, její funkce, systém a využití. 2) Aktiva a pasiva, jejich vymezení a struktura, druhy aktiv a pasiv, jejich vzájemné vazby. 3) Konstrukce rozvahy, vliv hospodářských operací na strukturu rozvahy. 4) Náklady a výnosy účetní jednotky. 5) Sestavení výkazu zisku a ztráty. 6) Metodické prvky účetnictví, účet a soustava účtů, účtová osnova a účtový rozvrh, účetní doklady, účetní knihy, kontrolní systém účetnictví. 7) Oceňování majetku a závazků v účetní jednotce, principy oceňování, typy cen, oceňování majetku stejného druhu. 8) Daňová soustava, daně přímé a nepřímé, jejich vazby a vliv na účetnictví podniku. 9) Metody odpisování dlouhodobého majetku, opravné položky k majetku a rezervy v podniku. 10-12) Základní postupy účtování o majetku, kapitálu, nákladech a výnosech podniku. 13) Harmonizace účetnictví v rámci Evropské unie, Mezinárodní účetní standardy a US GAAP.
Assessment methods (in Czech)
Typ výuky: 2/2 (přednáška / cvičení). Požadavky ke zkoušce: absolvování kontrolních testů v průběhu semestru. Zkouška: ústní forma.
