Course objectives
Territory Information Systems (PRISOU) This course introduces the students of Stage Two to the basic knowledge of territorially focused information systems in the CR (geographic, municipal, and national information systems). Accent is given to the thematic structure of these systems, data and carthographic documentation, and also the standards used in the national information system. Students will be also presented with the chief commercial products, which are used for creating territorially focused information systems. Credit requirements: active participation in seminars, undertaking the assigned project. Examination: oral.
