Course objectives (in Czech)

Účelem kurzu je seznámit studenty s právními základy ES (EU), jakož i s obecnými poznatky týkajícími se práva ES jako specifického systému, jeho tvorby a aplikace jak orgány ES, tak především členských států. Součástí předmětu je i právní mechanismus fungování ES (EU), jakož i přehled právní úpravy základních svobod jednotného vnitřního trhu.
