Základní znalosti podnikových procesů, účetnictví a informatiky. Znalosti získané v předmětu PMPINS (ERP systém Navision a jeho ovládání, nastavení systému a základní operace).

Course objectives (in Czech)
Skladba předmětu, který navazuje na PMPINS (Podnikové informační systémy I) je navržena tak, aby se studenti seznámili se všemi funkcemi ERP Navision 4.0. Jde o rozšíření základních znalostí získaných v průběhu kurzu PMPINS (finanční řízení, finanční analýzy, vedení obchodních případů, CRM, pokročilé řízení logistiky, řízení výroby, řízení sevisu, vazby na další subsystém). Základní metody řízení procesů Teorie omezení, Drum-Buffer-Rope, Balanced Score Card, Metodika kritického řetězce).
