- The subject organisation aims at conveying knowledge of basic basic principles of administrative punishment. In the first part of the course students get familiar with basic concepts and institutions necessary for an effective orientation in a positive legal regulation. The second part focuses on individual facts of the administrative torts, including approximation to a particular decision process. Attention will be especially paid to specifics of the individual administrative torts types, particularly in those areas which students will need later in practice. The subject aims at not only making students familiar with the theoretical background of administrative punishment, but it also teaches them to work with a text of a given legal enactment and apply it subsequently to an appropriate issue of fact. A course leaver will thus get a view of chosen facts of the administrative torts, mechanisms of imposing penalties and proceedings course, which should help students to orientate in application practice. An emphasis will be put primarily on the field of business sphere.
