Course objectives
The main objectives of the course are to make students familiar with the position of corporate banking in the financial sector, its fundamental functions and impacts on the activities of particular banks and the entire banking sector. The course focuses on the role of a client and his/her relation to a bank and vice versa. At the end of the course the students should be able to use the acquired knowledge in the banking and non-banking sector.

Assessment methods
The course is completed by a written final test. The admission to the exam is subject to submitting a semester paper as scheduled and passing two scheduled in-term tests. The final grade consists of the final test (80 %) + the scheduled in-term tests (20 %).
