- Course objectives
- Corporate Finance (SDFF) The course introduces to the study of corporate finance and financial management as its instrument. Its aim is to provide elementary knowledge of the theory and practice of modern corporate finance characterised by its integrating role in economic corporate management. The course focuses on gaining sources to finance business assets, and particularly stresses allocation of the sources. Main topics of lectures: - financial decision making and financial targets of company - internal and external source of funding - sources and forms of short-term funding - investment decision making and long-term funding - financial criteria of investment projects selection Examination: written and oral.
