Course objectives
Personnel Policy (SDPA) The course will gradually introduce the basic processes of human resources management as well as concrete procedures and techniques of personnel management as it is carried out in organisations. The instruction explains activities of personnel management leading to an enhancement of the individual performance of an organisation s employees. These are especially human resources planning, recruitment and selection of labour, work orientation of new employees and job training. The course also provides explanation of working performance evaluation methods, an individual s career development and social dialogue in an organisation. Examination: oral.
