- Course objectives
- Labour and Administrative Law (SDPR) The course provides students with a basic knowledge of the area of labour and administrative law. Attention will be focused on the issues of employer-employee relations (especially the commencement and termination of employment, working time and wage, arrangements to work out of employment relationship, secondary profession, liability to damages incurred by employer and employees) and applied principles and relations in the area of administrative law (sources and subjects of administrative law, administrative-law relations, normative administrative acts, selected application areas). Examination: oral.
