- Development of Managerial Skills (SDRO) The course intends to develop social and managerial skills and habits necessary for managerial jobs. Active teaching methods enable to acquire knowledge of: self-reflection and autoregulation of personality getting to know a partner s personality in interpersonal contacts development of communication rational control of social interaction preconditions of cooperation in joint activity social manners and assertiveness coping with stress situations The course is completed by a seminar essay on a selected psychological topic from Czech or foreign literature or from social practice. Examination: oral.
