Právo neziskových organizací: 1. Obecné zařazení neziskových organizací do systému právnických osob 2. Soukromoprávní aspekty spolkového práva 3. Soukromoprávní aspekty nadačního práva 4. Další související otázky, řešení konkrétních případů, shrnutí.
