- The subject is focused on the issues of inter-company cooperation and mainly on the creation of the organizational structures above the company level.
Due to globalisation and deepening of the division of labour, there is a clear trend from relatively loose and changeable market relations among companies to tight and more stable market relations, i.e. to creation of various networks of companies and company groups, e.g. holdings, concerns, etc.
The goal of the subject is:
• To understand these trends and its theoretical background
• To get familiar with the current practice through concrete examples, either at the level of local grouping or at the level of globally operating multinational enterprises. - Syllabus
