Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint the student with the functioning of a business enterprise and its management with an emphasis on its financial management.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to:
- identify the commercial enterprise, including its essential characteristics,
- organize and run a business enterprise,
- manage business operations,
- managing the business enterprise financially.

Assessment methods
The final exam is a written test for 20 questions and 4 variants of answers, one of which is correct. For correct answer student gets 1 point, for unanswered question 0 points and for wrong answer -0.5 point. The minimum number of points required to pass the exam is 12.
