- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- The course focuses on the preparation of construction investments in the public sector. The lecturers will guide you through the entire life cycle of the investment, From the first ideas to the preparation of the building plan, to the realization of the buildings and further its repairs and maintenance. The course is suitable for anyone planning new investments and managing existing assets. The goal of the course is not to replace construction education, but to help you orientate yourself in the field of construction and thus make more qualified decisions when preparing construction investments. The course was created primarily for municipal management representatives, however is suitable for anyone who is interested in this filed.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the participant will be able to:
- identify key factors in the initial planning of the investment project;
- understand the building law system and the basic principles of the permit process;
- orient oneself in the area of construction budgets;
- understand the basic aspects of project documentation. - Syllabus
